  1. They live in peripheral spaces around Mali, Nigeria, Algeria.
  2. The Tuareg speak the Tuareg languages , which belong to the Berber branch of the Afroasiatic family.
  3. The Tuaregs have been called the “blue people” for the indigo-dye coloured clothes they traditionally wear and which stains their skin.
  4. Most of the names look likes like a name of one of their gods “Targa.”
  5. They are around 4 millions in Africa.
