Teacher View of Students’ Writing
Teachers can quickly see what their students are up to using the visual feed on the ‘Student Posts’ link which is accessible from the Posts tab or the Students tab. This sequentially shows every draft, private and shared Post that your students have saved. The icon on each Post preview will indicate which level of publishing it is at.
Public Feed of Student Writing
To view and share a link of all student work published publicly, click your ‘Public Class Feed’ from the Posts tab or the Students tab. This is the link that you can share with families and other outside audiences. It sequentially displays content contributions from all students associated with your teacher account and can be sorted by Group. Sort, Search and Filter for quick access to the Public Post archive over time. A linked avatar for each students’ public Author Page is displayed in the sidebar.
Viewing Student Activity
Teachers can quickly see what their students are up to from the ‘Recent Student Posts’ feed on their Home page. This is a real-time view of their writing that has been saved. Clicking ‘View All’ will take you to the dedicated Student Posts feed, which can also be accessed from the main Posts tab.
To see an overview of student accounts, select the ‘Students’ tab. View students from specific class groups or sort by first name. A time is displayed to show when the students were last active and a number is shown for Posts, Private Posts, Drafts and Comments. Clicking the number associated with an area will take you to that student’s work.

When declining a Post, you have the opportunity to leave feedback for students about why their content was declined, which will be displayed in the Teacher Feedback area of the Post. Declined posts are returned to a ‘Draft’ state and teachers will be notified again when the Post has been re-published.
